A fast-scaling pet nutrition brand is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Lead / Head of Digital to own and execute their end-to-end digital growth strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value – helping the business scale further in the UK and beyond.

Role: Senior Digital Lead / Head of Digital

Location & Requirements

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 4 days onsite if local, 2 days if further afield)

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital growth campaigns across paid social, paid search, SEO, CRM, email, and partnerships
  • Drive CRO initiatives, improving site performance, UX, and conversion rates
  • Implement robust tracking, attribution, and reporting to ensure ROI and scalability
  • Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing digital team, building a culture rooted in testing and data-led decision-making
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure launches, campaigns, and activations are consistent and impactful across all touchpoints

What you’ll need

  • Proven track record in delivering digital growth in a D2C environment, ideally scaling from early-stage through growth
  • Expertise across paid media, SEO, CRO, CRM, and analytics tools
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire a team
  • Commercial mindset, balancing quick wins with long-term sustainable growth
  • Results-driven, analytical, and comfortable with accountability in a fast-paced environment
