AgRecruit are partnering with Biofarm in London, UK, to make two appointments into their Ecology team; Head of Ecology and Ecologist.

Successful candidates will play a key role in establishing habitat banks and managing and overseeing planning projects, with a particular focus on biodiversity conservation and enhancement.

Requirements for the ‘Head of’ position include:

• A demonstrable track record in Ecology (circa 10+ years).
• The ability to balance leadership, with hands on in-field work when required.
• Knowledge of Biodiversity legislation.
• Commercial nous; dialled into how projects can be both ecologically impactful for the environment, and commercially beneficial for the business.
• Strategic thinking ability… contributing to the long term future of this business and how they go about executing biodiversity related projects.
