We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting consumer scale-ups - a fast-growing lifestyle brand backed by top-tier investors, operating in a category going through truly significant growth.

They are hiring a Head of eCommerce, in a newly created role, owning the full digital revenue engine across performance marketing, trading, and digital customer acquisition.

You’ll be responsible for scaling online revenue through smart spend allocation, channel strategy, and commercial thinking. While you’ll initially work with an agency, the plan is to build your own in-house team over time.

This is a strategic leadership role - executional support is in place. If you’ve led eComm growth, worked closely with performance, pricing, CRM, or product teams, and understand how digital channels connect to P&L outcomes, this role is for you.
