About The Role
We are expanding our Design and Consultancy Team and seeking a Head of EDI Client Team Education Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
- The role acts as the primary point of contact for our educational client during project delivery, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- The Head of EDI Client Team – Education Infrastructure also contributes to business development efforts by supporting proposals, scoping new projects, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
This role will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of development projects from site due diligence, design management, and planning, through to procurement, construction, and handover.
Ensure delivery aligns with budget, programme, and investor expectations, implementing best‑in‑class governance, reporting, and project controls.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and internal senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project and program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder client projects on time and within budget.
- Experience of managing cross‑functional teams and working in a matrixed environment.
- Strong background in client engagement, contract management, and service delivery.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Adaptable, proactive, and results‑driven.
Essential Qualifications
- Must hold a Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MRICS or MCIOB equivalent – or at least evidence of working towards.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile.
- Additional certifications in client relationship management or change management are a plus.
