We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and forward‑thinking leader to join our team as Head of Employability and Skills. This pivotal role will drive the development and delivery of innovative employability programmes, skills initiatives, and partnerships that empower individuals to reach their full potential in the workforce. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in leading employability or skills‑based initiatives, who can inspire teams, build strong external relationships, and shape impactful strategies aligned with current and future labour market needs. Student Services is made up of a variety of different departments, all of whom provide a wide range of support to our students.
