Base pay range

£100,000 per annum + £6,744 car allowance per annum + company bonus

Hybrid working - 60% at our Head Office, Swindon

About the role

Following a restructure, we are recruiting for this newly created role — Head of Enterprise Architecture, Integration & Governance. We are investing in Future Technology platforms & services to enable us to be future fit and fulfill our vision of being the UK's leading provider of early morning supply chain solutions. This includes a new WMS, Transport System, CRM & Data Warehouse.

This is a senior role responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide architecture strategy, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and establishing governance frameworks to support business objectives. It collaborates with business and technology leaders to drive digital transformation, optimize IT investments, and align technology with the company’s strategic vision.

About you

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in similar technology roles
• Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams and driving technology strategy
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
• Expertise in cloud computing, SaaS, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience with middleware, integration platforms, and data governance
• Strong background in modern application architectures, including microservices, containerization, and DevOps
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
