From independent cafés to hair salons to local retailers, we help small businesses succeed. To support our expansion in the UK, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale our Field Sales team across the South of England.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our field sales performance in the region. Your mission is to lead, coach, and grow a team of Territory Managers who oversee our Field Sales Consultants (FSEs/FSAs and freelance).

You will:

  • Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Territory Managers across the South of the UK.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train field sales consultants to scale regional performance.
  • Define and implement regional sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
  • Spend time in the field, coaching and supporting your team hands-on.
  • Monitor and optimise KPIs, commission plans, and overall team productivity.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (People, Enablement, Marketing, etc.).
  • Share insights into the UK market to shape our go-to-market initiatives.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales UK, contributing to long-term strategy.

Your Profile

  • 7+ years’ leadership experience in field sales.
  • Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Background in POS, fintech, merchant services, telecom, or energy is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven decision maker.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with deep knowledge of the UK SME landscape.
  • Experience working with freelance or commission-based sales teams is a plus.
