From independent cafés to hair salons to local retailers, we help small businesses succeed. To support our expansion in the UK, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale our Field Sales team across the South of England.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our field sales performance in the region. Your mission is to lead, coach, and grow a team of Territory Managers who oversee our Field Sales Consultants (FSEs/FSAs and freelance).
You will:
- Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Territory Managers across the South of the UK.
- Recruit, onboard, and train field sales consultants to scale regional performance.
- Define and implement regional sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
- Spend time in the field, coaching and supporting your team hands-on.
- Monitor and optimise KPIs, commission plans, and overall team productivity.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (People, Enablement, Marketing, etc.).
- Share insights into the UK market to shape our go-to-market initiatives.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales UK, contributing to long-term strategy.
Your Profile
- 7+ years’ leadership experience in field sales.
- Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Background in POS, fintech, merchant services, telecom, or energy is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision maker.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with deep knowledge of the UK SME landscape.
- Experience working with freelance or commission-based sales teams is a plus.
