This role is Head of Financial Crime Transformation with a fast-growing fintech. Design and deliver a future-ready financial crime operating model. This isn’t BAU oversight – it’s a senior change role driving innovation, scalability, and resilience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transformation across financial crime, embedding AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
- Design and optimise financial crime systems, processes, and controls.
- Act as the connector between Compliance, Product, Ops, and Tech.
- Ensure robust governance, risk ownership, and scalable solutions.
About you
- Senior experience in financial crime within fintech, banking, or regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of FCA, JMLSG, and MLRs.
- Expertise in financial crime systems and automation.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
