Job Description

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
• Support decision-making through the provision of data-driven financial advice.
• Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial planning function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Financial Partnering Planning & Analysis should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA).
• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis roles, ideally within the not-for-profit industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
