The Role

You’ll shape the business’s financial planning capability — leading budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.

You’ll act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, translating numbers into meaningful actions and helping drive performance, efficiency and growth.

Key focus areas:

• Planning & Forecasting – annual budgets, long-term plans, rolling forecasts and strategic alignment
• Business Partnering – commercial insight, decision support and strategic challenge
• Reporting & Analysis – MI, variance analysis, dashboards and transparency
• Strategic Projects – pricing, investment appraisal, cost optimisation and M&A support

About You

You’re a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 6+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering — ideally within an SME, multi-site or care-focused setting.

You bring structure to growth, communicate clearly, and love connecting financial insight with real-world impact.
