Are you looking for a chance to shape something from the ground up? This is a newly created role within a high-growth, international business that has been scaling rapidly over the last few years. With ambitious expansion plans, fresh leadership in place, and a a major systems transformation programme underway, it’s a genuinely exciting time to come on board.

We’re looking for someone who can build and lead the FP&A and commercial finance function. That means developing proper forecasting and budgeting models, turning raw data into insight, and partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions at the very top table. You’ll be working especially closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, helping the business to understand customer profitability, track contract performance, and make smarter strategic calls.

It’s not just about numbers, though. You’ll be a key driver of culture change – shifting the organisation towards a truly data-led way of working, streamlining processes, and making sure information flows quickly and reliably across teams. You’ll also play a hands-on role in future M&A activity, from due diligence through to integration and post-deal tracking.

This is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, who enjoys shaping new systems and ways of working, and who has the resilience and pragmatism to make things happen. You’ll need a solid track record in FP&A or commercial finance, strong modelling and analytical skills, and the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders. Experience in growth-focused businesses, exposure to M&A, and ERP implementation know-how would all be a big plus.
