Overview
Head of Fleet Solutions at MSX will drive MSX’s positioning in the fleet management ecosystem by identifying market leaders, building strategic partnerships, and shaping innovative service offerings. The role contributes to the design, development, and deployment of integrated fleet solutions that address client needs, generate value, and strengthen MSX’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Leadership Identification: Map, monitor, and evaluate major players and emerging leaders within the fleet management and mobility ecosystem; analyze trends, competitive positioning, and partnership opportunities.
- Solution Leadership & Design: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-create innovative fleet solutions; lead cross-functional workshops to transform client pain points into actionable solution frameworks; ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with MSX’s strategic roadmap.
- Business Development Support: Provide solution expertise in client pitches, RFP responses, and executive presentations; build business cases and ROI models to demonstrate the value of MSX’s fleet solutions; support contract negotiations with a focus on solution value and long-term partnership sustainability.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a subject-matter expert on fleet solutions in industry forums, conferences, and client meetings; contribute to MSX’s internal knowledge base with market insights, best practices, and innovation updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between client needs, market trends, and MSX’s solution offering; support the integration of AI, digital tools, and process innovation into fleet services.
Qualifications
- Required Experience & Skills: 10+ years in fleet management, mobility services, or automotive solutions; strong track record in solution development, product management, or service design; ability to translate customer pain points into structured solutions with clear business impact; solid understanding of automotive aftersales, parts supply chain, and mobility ecosystems; excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across C-level, partners, and clients; strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and innovation; fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
