Job Purpose

Step into a key leadership role at United Utilities as the Head of Future Plan Programmes where you will drive the successful delivery of the company's most critical regulatory submissions, including the landmark 5-year Price Review. This submission shapes over 95% of our revenues, influences £13 billion in expenditure, and sets the performance and cost targets that guide our entire organisation.

You'll work closely with the Regulation and Compliance Director and build strong, trusted partnerships across the Executive Team, playing a key role in shaping the company's future. Accountable to both the Executive and the Board, you will lead with precision, ensuring submissions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of United Utilities, offering a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions ultimately shaping the future of our business to support a Stronger, Greener, Healthier North West England.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Responsibilities are expected to apply across a range of key company-wide programmes, including the PR29 price review programme, other regulatory programmes including the Water Resources Management Plan (WRMP), Drainage and Wastewater Management Plan (DWMP) and the Water Industry Natural Environment Programme (WINEP) but will also extend to other planned and ad-hoc regulatory submissions as required by the business.
