Location: London | Salary: £43,000 - £51,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Lead on both corporate and charity governance and shape the standards of sports governance and integrity across the client.
• Report to the Director of Business Operations and act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, Board, and Company Secretary.
• Ensure governance frameworks remain robust and compliant while championing sports integrity by building education, systems, and relationships that protect fair play across activities.
• Advise at senior levels, manage projects and people, and navigate complex compliance and ethical challenges with integrity.
• Combine strategic leadership with hands-on implementation to ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met and that members, staff, and partners can trust how the organization operates.

Qualifications

• Experienced governance and compliance professional, ideally with expertise in corporate/charity governance and sports governance.
• Ability to advise at senior levels and lead projects and teams.
• Strong integrity and capability to navigate ethical and regulatory challenges.
