Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Homes & Communities, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Head of Homes & Communities will oversee community engagement initiatives, manage housing teams, and oversee a range of frontline services. The role includes fostering relationships with residents, coordinating with public and private partners, and ensuring effective communication. The successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality services and improving community development efforts.

• Strong abilities in Communication and Team Leadership
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the UK housing sector
• Recognised level 5+ qualification or working towards is preferred
