Role
Head of Identity and Entitlements — define and deliver the global identity and entitlement strategy for Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) transaction banking channels, including web, mobile, API and host-to-host services. Lead the design of digital identity, tokenisation, user authentication and entitlements management.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned to CIB client strategies, ensuring solutions are available to support our customers across Innovation Banking, Corporates, New Economy and Institutional segments.
- Deliver innovative digital identity solutions, including automated onboarding, tokenisation, authentication and ID&V enhancements, while driving the migration from legacy systems.
- Partner with global and regional teams across Client Connectivity, GPS, MSS, GTS and Operations to integrate capabilities and optimise the client experience.
- Lead, coach and empower a team of product managers and transformation product owners, fostering a high-performance, risk-aware culture.
- Champion collaboration across technology, operations and business units to accelerate digitisation, deliver client-centric outcomes and embed innovation at scale.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital or product transformation, with expertise in identity, authentication, entitlements or digital security.
- Progressive experience in agile product delivery within transaction banking, payments or digital channels, including managing cross-regional and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set vision, drive execution and coach high performing teams.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, governance and change management within complex financial services environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse business areas.
This is a hybrid role based in London or Hong Kong.
