Responsibilities
- Lead with empathy and purpose to support children and young people facing barriers to education
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across schools, services, and communities
- Champion inclusive practices that reflect the diverse needs of learners
- Confidently navigate complex safeguarding and SEND challenges
- Inspire and support teams to deliver high‑quality, impactful services
- Use data and insight to drive continuous improvement and positive change, respecting all learners

Qualifications
- Be educated to degree level of an equivalent Teacher, Social Worker, or Youth Worker professional qualification
- Have substantial and sustained experience working with children and young people, particularly vulnerable children
- Have up‑to‑date knowledge of current national policy in respect of CSE, trafficking, radicalisation vulnerability, and FGM
- Have proven leadership skills to raise standards of achievement through planning, co‑operative working, target setting, and performance‑data analysis
