Wave is seeking a Head of Industrial Sector Customers to join their team. The role is home-based with travel to Wave offices and customer sites nationally.

The successful candidate will lead the industrial customer portfolio, supporting water-intensive businesses while driving innovation, sustainability, and customer excellence.

About the Role

The Head of Industrial Sector Customers will develop and deliver strategic plans to grow and retain the industrial customer base, lead on trade effluent strategy, and collaborate across departments to improve systems and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a people-first leadership style, strong strategic thinking, and commercial acumen, with experience in complex customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support the team through coaching and collaboration.
• Develop and deliver strategic plans to grow and retain the industrial customer base.
• Lead on trade effluent strategy and compliance.
• Represent Wave at industry forums and regulatory discussions.
• Collaborate across departments to improve systems and customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
