Head of Influencer Partnerships

We’re looking for a world-class head of influencer partnerships to evolve our creator programme into a sophisticated, multi-million-pound performance engine. You will own the global strategy for this critical channel, leveraging your deep industry network and a rigorous, data-driven methodology to scale our partnerships.

You will be responsible for proving and improving the commercial impact of our investments, owning the channel’s CAC and ROAS, and building a team that treats influencer marketing with the same analytical rigour as paid search.

This is a rare opportunity to define and lead a performance-focused partnerships function at immense scale. You will have a significant eight-figure budget and the autonomy to build innovative deal structures.

This hybrid role is based three days per week in our London HQ.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the global creator partnerships strategy – Develop and execute a data-first strategy focused on driving measurable performance outcomes (new customers, revenue, ROAS) across all tiers of creators.
  • Own the channel P&L – Take full ownership of the eight-figure influencer partnerships budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting on performance against CAC and LTV targets.
  • Lead and scale the partnerships team – Hire, manage, and mentor a team of influencer managers and associates, fostering a culture of accountability and analytical excellence.
  • Build a world-class measurement framework – Implement and refine a sophisticated system for tracking and attribution, working with our data team to understand incrementality and the true ROI of every partner.
  • Leverage an extensive industry network – Utilise your relationships with top-tier talent, agents, and management companies to secure unique, high-impact partnerships and favourable terms.
  • Pioneer innovative deal structures – Move our programme beyond flat fees by designing and negotiating performance-based deals, including CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models that align partner incentives with our growth.
  • Oversee contract negotiation and management – Lead high-value negotiations and ensure all partnership agreements are commercially sound, compliant, and structured for success.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnership roles, with a proven track record of scaling a programme to an eight-figure P&L in a high-growth DTC or tech environment.
  • Data-obsessed with irrefutable proof of managing a channel to strict performance targets like CAC and ROAS. You are fluent in attribution models and cohort analysis.
  • A master negotiator who is as comfortable structuring a multi-million-pound contract with a major agency as you are analysing a partner’s performance data in a spreadsheet.
  • Possess an extensive and active network of senior contacts at leading talent agencies, management companies, and with creators themselves across the UK, Europe, and the US.
  • A proven people leader who has experience building and developing high-performing, commercially-minded teams.
  • Strategically-minded, with the ability to build a long-term vision for the channel while ruthlessly prioritising the initiatives that will drive growth today.
