Community Integrated Care is on an exciting journey of transformation and growth, and we are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Influencing, Policy and Public Affairs to join our Communications Team.
This is a full-time, permanent post. You can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom, but you must be able to travel to our head office in Widnes at least once a month.

Your Impact
As our Head of Influencing, Policy & Public Affairs, you will:
- Policy & Advocacy: Shape and implement our policy agenda, lead research, and create policy materials.
- Public Affairs: Develop strategies to enhance our voice, secure media opportunities, and engage with key decision-makers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with government, regulators, and sector leaders.
- External Representation: Represent the charity at forums and events, acting as a spokesperson.

About You
You’ll be an ambitious, dynamic, politically savvy leader with:
- Senior experience in public affairs, policy, or government relations
- A strong interest in political and social issues and understanding of UK politics
- A successful track record in outcome-driven campaigns
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative attitude and drive to make a difference
- An established network and credibility to influence top-level stakeholders
