The Role: Head of Technology

Location: London (4 days in office)

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a technology function at the forefront of innovation? An exciting Fintech start-up are seeking a Head of Technology to define and deliver the technical vision, drive engineering excellence and lead a diverse global team.

The Role

As Head of Technology you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing IT operations and core technology domains across platforms, development and data.
• Driving engineering execution with modern practices including CI/CD, automation and observability.
• Leading a global team, fostering skill development and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.
• Setting and refining the long-term technology vision, championing innovation and exploring emerging technologies.
• Maintaining robust controls around security, compliance and risk.

You will have

• Proven experience heading up technology teams across software, platforms and data domains.
• Expertise in software engineering, systems architecture, cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of modern platforms and tools (CRM, databases, analytics, AI tooling, cloud, CI/CD, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
