What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a Head of Innovation for a pivotal leadership role focused on delivering strategic projects and cultivating a culture of innovation that empowers colleagues to experiment, test, and implement impactful ideas.

You will lead our new innovation team, supporting ideas from colleagues and teams, turning inspiration into meaningful change that benefits both customers and staff. The role emphasizes fostering a psychologically safe environment for experimentation and learning, with a focus on people rather than technology.

You will oversee our strategic project portfolio, ensuring initiatives align with organizational goals, are well-resourced, and deliver measurable benefits.
