Job Title and Overview

We currently have an opportunity for a creative Head of Kitchen who is passionate about high quality standards and customer satisfaction. As Head of Kitchen you will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of food within the school and be an inspiring Chef who can develop the food service and the team.

Responsibilities

• Order food and monitor and manage supplies within a budget
• Supervise the work of catering staff
• Handle book work and payroll for the location
• Ensure high cooking standards and maintain knowledge of food hygiene
