We are partnering with a forward-thinking professional services firm that believes great people are the heart of great business. They are seeking an experienced Head of Learning & Development to lead and evolve their firm-wide L&D strategy.

The Opportunity: As Head of L&D, you'll set the vision and lead a talented team to design and deliver learning that empowers every colleague to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver a progressive L&D strategy, ensuring colleagues can develop throughout their careers.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify development needs and create innovative, future-ready learning solutions.
  • Champion digital transformation and AI adoption, helping the firm stay ahead in a changing professional landscape.
  • Develop and embed leadership and management programmes to nurture current and future leaders.
  • Ensure compliance and excellence, overseeing mandatory training and providing clear reporting to leadership.
  • Inspire a culture of continuous learning, communicating opportunities in engaging and accessible ways.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Significant experience leading a learning and development function in a fast-moving, professional environment.
  • Ideally a legal background or strong understanding of professional services.
  • Proven project and change management expertise, with a track record of embracing technology and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills — able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and colleagues at every level.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
