• Manage marketing budgets and optimise ROI through data‑driven performance tracking

Candidate Requirements

• Strong record of Marketing leadership experience within fragrance, beauty, or FMCG
• Demonstrable success managing PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and international distributor marketing
• Commercial awareness and an analytical mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
