What you’ll do
- Drive marketing strategy and develop/implement B2B marketing plans that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Lead digital initiatives and manage timely campaigns to boost online presence, customer engagement, and revenue in the Van market.
- Oversee product marketing to ensure product strategies highlight features, meet market needs, and strengthen brand positioning across wholesale and retail.
- Inspire and develop your team, motivating a high-performing marketing team in an environment that encourages creativity, learning, and growth.
- Leverage market insights using data-led analysis and forecasting to identify opportunities, anticipate market changes, and guide strategic decisions.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within automotive, premium products, or retail.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and external partners.
- A strategic decision-maker, highly organised, with the ability to take a broad view, make strong commercial decisions, and deliver exceptional results.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and forecasting skills to guide smart commercial decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership in establishing, motivating, and driving high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Confident, credible communicator and presenter, able to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels.
- Ethical standards in accordance with company policies, Compliance Guidelines, and Anti-Bribery/competition law.
