Head of Marketing EMEAA - Strategic & Digital Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Marketing EMEAA to drive marketing excellence and support aggressive sales growth across our multi-channel, multi-site operation. This is a senior strategic leadership role accountable for the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy, the effective deployment of a significant budget, and building a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.

This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring marketing activities are ROI-focused and aligned with commercial priorities across Retail, Contracts, Direct to Consumer (DTC), and Online/Omnichannel channels.

  • Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
  • Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director EMEAA

Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for strategic leadership, team development, and financial performance across the EMEAA marketing function.

  • Strategic Leadership & Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of the comprehensive regional marketing strategy, ensuring direct alignment with commercial objectives and regional transformation goals.
  • Drive integrated marketing plans across all channels to maximize sales growth and market penetration.
  • Lead digital acquisition strategies to significantly grow the Direct-to-Consumer and Online channels.
  • Support all new product launches and major brand campaigns across the region.
  • Team & Financial Management
  • Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team across Channel/Commercialisation, Marcomms, Product Data, Events, and Digital Acquisition.
  • Own and optimize the EMEAA marketing budget, ensuring a strong focus on ROI and strategic allocation.
  • Oversee agency relationships, guaranteeing the delivery of high-impact, cost-effective campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Brand Cohesion
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams for cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to proactively inform and adjust strategy.

What You Will Already Have

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a complex, multi-channel environment (Retail, Contracts, DTC, Omnichannel).
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success in managing large marketing budgets and a clear track record of delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strategic & Execution Skills: Commercially astute with a strategic mindset combined with proven hands-on execution capability.
  • Education & Professionalism: Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability: Agile with the ability to work effectively at pace, managing multiple priorities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Industry Insight: Experience in the Luxury Goods market and working within a matrixed, international organization is a significant advantage.
