Exciting 12-month FTC Head of Marketing at a leading London museum, perfect for a data & digital marketer to shape strategy with hands-on delivery. This is a hybrid role with a salary of £54k.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing campaigns across retail, digital channels, and visitor experiences
  • Oversee the delivery of income-generating campaigns to support ticket sales, retail performance, and fundraising
  • Drive forward the implementation of a CRM project and help shape a new customer loyalty and data strategy
  • Champion data-led audience insight and segmentation to inform long-term loyalty strategy
  • Manage the organisation’s website, e-newsletter, and digital communications
  • Line manage two direct reports within marketing and digital
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership

About You

  • Experienced digital marketer with strong CRM and website expertise
  • Skilled at using audience data and insight to inform campaigns
  • Hands-on and adaptable – confident delivering campaigns as well as setting strategy
  • Excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen
  • Experience in retail or consumer marketing
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
