Are you enthusiastic about lay and ordained ministries?

In this new role you will work alongside the Deputy General Secretary for Ministries to promote, support and advocate for the ministry in the United Reformed Church. The leadership role will oversee accredited lay and ordained ministries within the URC, working with networks and synods to support those in ministry with training, learning and development. You will be a Minister of the Word and Sacraments* and educated to degree level or equivalent.

You have a good understanding of the ecclesiology of the URC and are already working within URC Ministry, leading projects as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are essential in addition to the ability to advocate and inspire others. We offer a friendly and flexible hybrid working environment three days per week in collaboration with those at Church House and two days from home.
