As Head of Paid Social at Found, you’ll lead and grow a dynamic team delivering best-in-class campaigns across platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit. Partnering with the Director of Paid Media, you’ll shape the department’s strategic direction, nurture a high-performing team, and ensure our strategies are bold, innovative, data-driven, and aligned with client goals.
You’ll oversee delivery across a broad portfolio of accounts, champion operational excellence, and push creative boundaries—ensuring every campaign not only performs but inspires. Through leadership, mentoring, and a future-focused approach, you’ll play a central role in talent development, commercial growth, and shaping the future of Paid Social at Found.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead & Inspire the Team – Line manage Account Directors and Senior Account Managers, fostering a culture of performance, curiosity, and shared accountability.
- Develop Talent – Identify training needs, deliver sessions, and support career progression, ensuring every team member has a clear development path.
- Drive Client Success – Act as senior escalation point, support retention-critical conversations, and balance performance targets with creative innovation.
- Ensure Commercial Excellence – Own revenue and profitability targets, optimise resourcing, and uphold scalable processes for consistent, high-quality output.
- Champion Innovation – Test new platforms, ad formats, and creative strategies, positioning Found at the forefront of Paid Social.
- Contribute to Growth – Lead Paid Social strategy for pitches, represent the team in client and industry-facing forums, and collaborate cross-functionally on integrated solutions.
- Embed Responsible AI – Lead the vision for ethical AI adoption in Paid Social, ensuring transparency, best practice, and innovation in delivery.
- Strengthen Operations – Oversee adoption of delivery tools, QA processes, and reporting standards to drive efficiency and scalability.

HOW DOES THE TEAM WORK?
The Paid Social team works at pace, integrating closely with our SEO, PPC, Data, and Creative specialists to deliver truly holistic performance strategies. We use tools like Asana and Float to plan effectively, share learnings through team sessions, and foster a “test and learn” culture that ensures we’re always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE A PAID SOCIAL SUPERSTAR?
- Proven leadership experience managing Paid Social teams and large-scale campaigns.
- Deep expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of meeting revenue, profitability, and client growth targets.
- Excellent client relationship skills, with experience leading senior-level conversations.
- A passion for innovation, with the ability to balance data-driven strategy and creative storytelling.
- Confidence in contributing to pitches, thought leadership, and platform partnerships.
- Experience embedding scalable processes, QA frameworks, and operational best practice.
- A supportive, empowering leadership style that nurtures talent and builds confidence.
- Awareness of AI’s role in marketing, with a vision for how to embed it responsibly and impactfully.
WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?
- Initial Chat – A conversation with our Talent Team to learn more about you, your experience, and motivations.
- First Interview – A chance to meet with our Director of Paid Media and Director of People.
- Task Stage – You’ll meet with our Managing Director, Director of Paid Media, Director of Strategy, Partnerships Director, and Director of Growth to present a brief strategic task.
- Final Interview – An informal chat with our Pod Leads and Head of Paid Operations.
