Based in Cardiff, you’ll lead our efforts to unlock new funding and partnerships that transform young lives across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to unlock new funding and partnerships across Wales.
- Drive a fundraising portfolio worth over £1 million, inspiring your team and shaping long‑term, sustainable relationships with partners across government, philanthropy, corporate and public sectors.
- Secure investment that fuels life‑changing programmes in education, employability, enterprise and wellbeing.
- Act as a collaborative leader, amplifying our impact across the country.
Contract & Working Conditions
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week (will consider part‑time, 28 hours per week)
Closing Date: 23:59 on 27/11/2025
Salary: £44,700.00 to £56,000.00 (pro‑rata £35,760.00 to £44,800.00), dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience
Location: Cardiff – Hybrid working with 40–60% per week in the office
