Role Purpose
At Tonic, we’re growing quickly, driven by our reputation as expertise-led leaders across Capital Markets. We are expanding our global team and seeking a Head of Post-Trade for UK & EMEA, based in London.
This role will have full responsibility for our Post-Trade domain within these regions, including:
- Leading our Post-Trade business development
- Building out our Post-Trade capabilities with expertise-led service offerings
- Performing high-quality client delivery as a Senior Advisor/SME
- Leading and growing our Post-Trade team
You will also contribute to defining our company's future strategy, ensuring internal capabilities align with our growth objectives.
You will work closely with the Tonic Co-Founders, Domain Heads, and other key leaders.
Responsibilities
The Head of Post-Trade UK & EMEA will be a key leader, responsible for multiple strategic streams, including:
- Market-leading Post-Trade service offerings
- Market research and service definition
- Internal education and training
- Client delivery and SME contributions
- Team recruitment, management, and development

- Growing and managing the Post-Trade team
Required Skills & Experience
- 20+ years in Financial Services, with 15+ in Post-Trade
- Experience across multiple asset classes and sectors
- Strong network within the Post-Trade domain
- At least 10 years in transformation roles leading major change programs
- Proven ability to produce high-quality content and thought leadership
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Consultancy experience, ideally within a Big 4 firm
- Experience in smaller, growing organizations
