Overview

We’re working with a leading company in the live entertainment sector to appoint a commercially driven leader with full ownership of the Hospitality and VIP function across major tours, shows, and festivals. This senior role combines long-term strategic responsibility with hands-on delivery - driving revenue growth, overseeing the design and commercial success of premium packages, and ensuring a best-in-class guest experience. Working closely with partners and stakeholders, you’ll manage sales performance, cultivate senior relationships, and lead the Hospitality team to deliver smooth operations in alignment with wider business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the long-term commercial strategy for Hospitality and VIP across live events.
  • Take full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Develop new revenue streams, including travel packages, brand partnerships, and corporate hospitality.
  • Benchmark the offering against industry leaders in entertainment, sport, and luxury hospitality to ensure a best-in-class proposition.
  • Oversee the design of compelling VIP and hospitality packages for both individuals and corporate clients.
  • Ensure every hospitality initiative reflects brand standards while maximising revenue and customer value.
  • Work with partners to innovate and expand premium opportunities, while also exploring new ventures.
  • Cultivate senior relationships with sponsors, venues, luxury brands, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate favourable terms with partners and suppliers to optimise profitability.
  • Oversee delivery of an exceptional end-to-end VIP customer journey, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Hospitality Manager and team, balancing operational excellence with strategic focus.
  • Set objectives, mentor team members, and act as the senior representative for Hospitality and VIP.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Significant experience in commercial strategy and revenue growth within hospitality, VIP, luxury, or premium customer markets (e.g. live entertainment, sport, corporate hospitality).
  • A proven track record in developing and monetising premium propositions and negotiating high-value partnerships.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing a P&L.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills at senior and corporate level.
  • Strategic vision combined with the leadership skills to deliver through a team.
  • A passion for live entertainment and creating memorable, best-in-class customer experiences.
