Join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Product & Experience and drive the strategy behind our web platforms and mobile applications—our contractor-first solution serving contractors and workforce management businesses across the UK.
As one of four key leaders reporting to the Divisional CEO, you'll manage a team of 5-6 product professionals and have direct influence on product direction, user experience, and business growth for all our software products.
Indigo Group provide outsourced payroll, contractor engagement and compliance solutions within the construction industry.
We're the technology division of Indigo Group, leveraging deep sector expertise to build software solutions that solve real user and business problems.
Our mission is to build apps and tools that quietly help hardworking people and businesses handle money tasks and paperwork with less effort and stress.
What You'll Own -
Strategic Product Leadership
- Bolst Product Strategy: Own the contractor journey from onboarding through retention across mobile experience (primary focus)
- Platform Transition Management: Ensure seamless user experience during platform migration to Bolst
- Client Platform Experience: Design analytics dashboards, compliance visibility, and collaboration tools for business users
- Cross-Platform Optimisation: Lead UX/UI ensuring every feature delivers growth and contractor value across all touchpoints
- Analytics & Insights: Build analytics capability driving product decisions for both growth and operational platforms
What You'll Bring -
- Product Leadership: 3+ years leading consumer or B2B software products
- Growth Experience: Proven track record scaling user bases and engagement
- Platform Management: Experience with multi-platform product strategy
- Team Leadership: Experience building and managing product teams
- Technical Collaboration: Strong partnership with engineering and design teams
Highly Valued -
- SaaS/Platform Experience: B2B software or multi-sided platform experience
- Financial Services: Fintech, payments, or financial software background
- Mobile Product Expertise: Track record with mobile app development and optimisation
- Industry Software: Vertical SaaS or sector-specific software experience
- Analytics Focus: Strong background in product analytics and optimisation

- Product Management: Expertise in agile development, user research, and testing
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
