Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Provide exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence, build consensus, and foster collaboration.
• Experience working in agile environments and applying lean principles to optimise product development processes.
• Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Experience working with GDS standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of digital health in the NHS, health and care information governance, and software change validation procedures.
• Understanding of clinical safety and risk management in digital health.
• The ability to speak Welsh; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Product Suites

Responsibility for the National Data Resource, including the Care Data Repository, the National Data & Analytics Platform, API-Management Platform, and Secure Data Environment.
