Location: UK/US preferred - Remote-first, with relocation support

Type: Founding Role - Equity + Backdated Salary (triggered by funding or revenue milestones)

Attend is a new kind of event platform: blending live attendance, streaming, and post-event media into one cohesive experience. Think Eventbrite + Instagram + Twitch. We're entering beta and preparing for launch. To get there, we’re hiring a Head of Product & Engineering to lead the build and shape the company long-term.

This is a founding team opportunity with real ownership. You’ll work closely with the founder to:

• Translate business goals into tech deliverables (and vice versa)
• Build out and document our architecture and processes
• Manage and mentor a growing dev team
• Drive our roadmap through beta, launch, and scale
• Represent the product in fundraising conversations
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Infra: Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel
• Collab Tools: GitHub, Discord, Linear

Who We're Looking For

• A strong communicator who can simplify the technical for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• A technical generalist confident leading across full-stack, infra, and architecture decisions
• Someone with product sensitivity, who understands what makes a product feel intuitive and usable
• A natural leader who enjoys guiding teams and taking responsibility
• Someone open to relocation, long-term commitment, and working directly with the founder
• Comfortable in early-stage environments where clarity, speed, and flexibility are key
