Are you a visionary product leader passionate about revolutionising financial operations in the digital asset space? We’re seeking aHead of Productto own the strategy and execution for our core treasury and internal product suite. This includes payments orchestration, automation, reconciliation, and strategic partnerships across fiat, stablecoin, and native crypto rails. You’ll be instrumental in building and scaling robust financial infrastructure in a dynamic, high-growth fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Define & Own Product Vision:Establish and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for your product area, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and delivers high-ROI bets.
- Lead & Empower Teams:Be accountable for all product decisions, empowering your teams (ICs and managers) to make informed, high-impact choices by providing clear context and vision. You’ll mentor and manage product talent, fostering best practices in discovery and industry learning.
- Drive Execution & Governance:Design and enforce agile processes and governance models across the product lifecycle. Oversee end-to-end delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for your product group.
- Strategic Go-to-Market (GTM):Coordinate GTM planning with all key stakeholders, contribute to pricing models, and draft essential product marketing collateral.
- Communicate & Influence:Lead all product-level communications, ensuring consistent alignment with broader business objectives and adapting your message perfectly to any audience. Build and nurture strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Process & Automation Focus:Champion internal product solutions that automate and optimise financial processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability across the organisation.
What are we looking for?
If you can demonstrate some of the following experience/skills below, we would love to hear from you.
- Extensive Fintech Product Expertise:Extensive experience (8+ years) in product leadership in the fintech industry, with a strong background intreasury, payments orchestration, reconciliation, or middle office automation.
- Crypto & Digital Assets Expertise:In-depth knowledge of the crypto and digital assets industry, including stablecoins and native crypto rails. Experience working with both TradFi and crypto financial infrastructure.
- Startup/Scale-up Mindset:Proven track record in a high-growth fintech startup or scale-up. You’re a builder comfortable with ambiguity, defining processes, and moving fast.
- Strategic & Accountable Leader:Demonstrated ability to own product strategy, make decisive trade-offs, and take full accountability for outcomes (or lack thereof).
- Exceptional Communicator:Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, influencing upwards, downwards, and laterally, and adapting your style for diverse stakeholders.
- Team Builder & Mentor:Experience managing and mentoring senior individual contributors and/or managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
