The Head of Product Management is a new leadership role responsible for shaping digital strategy and leading a team of six Product Owners. You will develop impactful, user-focused digital solutions that enhance care for over 110,000 clients annually, combining strategic thinking, product leadership, and agile delivery to improve operational efficiency.

You will ensure digital, data, and technology solutions align with business goals and client needs. This is a chance to lead healthcare innovation at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Head of Product, a full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and experience leading teams and strategic planning, including ROI analysis.

The Role

• Define and communicate a product vision aligned with healthcare objectives.
• Lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
• Build partnerships, negotiate terms, and ensure vendor compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and adoption of digital products.
• Develop, motivate, and mentor Product Owners.
• Lead user research and leverage industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance and generate insights.
• Report progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Understand strategies and develop digital roadmaps.
• Stay updated on industry and technology innovations.
