Are you a hands-on, data-driven Product Manager with experience building scalable customer data products and reusable components? This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS platform and consultancy business, sitting at the intersection of product, data, and delivery. Reporting directly into the CTO, this role is 80% delivery-focused. You’ll be responsible for turning complex product ideas into scalable, repeatable, and measurable solutions that integrate first-party and third-party data to deliver value for clients.

Overview

The role owns the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, building data-led products that drive measurable ROI for clients and can be deployed in a repeatable, scalable way. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to bridge strategic thinking with structured execution.

Responsibilities

  • Building customer data products using first-party data overlaid with third-party sources to create segmentation models, clustering solutions, and next-best-action products
  • Translating product strategy into build-ready specifications, reusable components, and scalable insight tools
  • Defining features and licensing models, onboarding new clients, and ensuring seamless deployment at scale
  • Measuring success through key metrics like adoption, usage, ROI, and renewal rates to validate product value
  • Streamlining client deployment processes to enable repeatable productisation and faster delivery
  • Creating a structured framework for roadmaps, documentation, and component libraries to tighten product <> engineering handoffs

Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or CRM environments
  • Proven track record building data-led products using first-party and third-party data
  • Experience developing model-based products such as clustering, segmentation, or next-best-action solutions
  • Skilled at defining product features, licensing strategies, and client onboarding processes
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to measure ROI, track adoption, and improve renewal rates
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, partnering with engineers, data scientists, and customer success teams
  • Highly structured and delivery-focused, able to productise solutions for repeatable deployment at scale
  • Excellent spec-writing, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for building reusable product components and insight-led solutions
