Role: Head of Product

Location: London, hybrid (avg 1 day per week in office)

Join a mission-driven company transforming access to mental healthcare in one of the NHS's most underserved and high-demand areas. Take ownership of building the product function from the ground up and help scale a fast-growing health-tech platform

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and grow a product team from scratch.
• Use your domain expertise to shape a product at the very start of its journey, with loads of room to experiment and iterate.
• Steer senior leadership in product thinking, process and practice - bringing clarity, structure and momentum where it’s needed most.

The ideal candidate

• You have led teams of at least 2 product managers, and you're comfortable hiring and shaping a product function.
• You're comfortable being the most senior product person in a business.
• You're confident you can build gravitas with senior stakeholders who haven't had a product function previously.
• You've done this in a HealthTech or other operationally complex product area.
