Head of Product

Salary: Up to £120,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Location: Hybrid / London Area (1–2 days per week in the office)

I'm partnered with a high-growth FinTech that is one of the leading providers in their space. With ambitious plans to triple their user base in the coming years, they're seeking a strategic Head of Product to lead the next phase of product innovation and delivery. This role is critical in defining and executing the product roadmap across all digital platforms, with a core focus on mobile app growth and user engagement.

As Head of Product, you’ll lead and scale a cross-functional product team, owning the vision, strategy, and delivery of exceptional user-focused products. You’ll work closely with leadership, design, and engineering to ensure the product delivers measurable value to customers and the business. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the product function and influence long-term company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead the end-to-end development of digital products, with a focus on mobile app experience and growth.
• Drive a culture of customer-centricity and data-informed decision-making across the organisation.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to bring high-impact features to life.
• Ensure product initiatives are grounded in user needs, market insight, and business strategy.
• Foster a high-performing product culture through coaching, mentoring, and hiring.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product priorities clearly at all levels.
• Champion agile, iterative development practices to accelerate delivery and innovation.
• Introduce and scale product frameworks and tools that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in fast-paced digital businesses.
• Proven experience owning the strategy and delivery of successful B2C mobile apps.
• Strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of growth, retention, and monetisation levers.
• Deep experience working in agile product environments and leading cross-functional squads.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance user needs with business outcomes.
• Background in FinTech or regulated industries is highly desirable.
