Job Title: Head of People & Capability – Project Management

Location: Warton (3 days per week onsite)

Salary: £92,700+ with car allowance and bonus, depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Accountable for the Project Management Strategic Workforce Plan for the Air Sector

• Responsible for leading the Organisational Effectiveness (including sprints) for Project Management across the Air Sector

• Accountable for establishing the Project Management Supply Plan for the Air Sector

• Responsible for Project Management resourcing for the Air Sector across all pipelines of supply – early careers, experienced hires, on-site subcontract

• Responsible for all aspects of the talent process including skills framework and for assessing levels of project management SQEP (suitably qualified and experienced person).

• Responsible for skills development programmes for the function

• Lead interface the trade union and employee representative groups

Your skills and experiences:

• Relevant Project Management degree or equivalent experience

• Proven ability in Project Management integration, including planning

• In-depth knowledge of people capability elements and talent management

• Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across a large, dispersed functional model
