Head of Projects

Location: Flexible/Office Based - Dartford

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead and inspire our Projects team. This is a senior role where you’ll take ownership of delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects, driving client satisfaction, and supporting business growth.

What you’ll do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage projects from £100K–£1.5m, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role delivering M&E projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or air conditioning engineering (qualification required).
• Experience managing subcontractors and project teams.
• Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
