The Role
You will be responsible for managing and developing the firm's property department, handling a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters. This will include sales, purchases, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development work. You will provide leadership and supervision to junior team members, ensure a high standard of client service, and play a key role in driving departmental growth and strategic initiatives.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in residential and/or commercial property
  • Proven leadership or team management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and client relationship skills
  • Ambitious, proactive, and committed to developing both the team and the wider business
