What you’ll be doing:

1. Leading and mentoring a growing team of 6 talented testers
2. Owning the QA strategy and shaping testing best practices
3. Still getting stuck in with hands-on testing (manual + automation)
4. Driving innovation – especially in how automation is used across projects
5. Working closely with delivery teams on platforms like Drupal, Umbraco, and Magento
6. Scaling the QA function – you’ll be a key part of their growth plans
