Location: Visp, Bend (OR), Nansha. Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement proactive contamination control strategies for Lonza’s global operations.
• Assist sites in response to contamination events with root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Coach and train employees on contamination risks and control practices.
• Approve standardized procedures related to contamination control aspects of facility and equipment design, process, and cleaning.
• Implement phase-appropriate contamination control practices during new product introductions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, PIC/s).
• Practical application of contamination control concepts and risk assessment.
• Experience in investigations related to contamination control.
• Technical knowledge of facility design, clean room engineering, and microbial control.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences and Green Belt Certification.
• Strong communication skills and resilience.
