Job Description

Are you ready to lead fault management and reliability across Alpine F1? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Reliability to drive fault resolution, system improvements, and cross-functional coordination to directly impact our performance on and off the track. This is a factory based role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the gatekeeper of the fault process, working closely with senior leadership to prioritise issues, assign ownership, implement containment actions, and approve resolutions.
  • Chair all fault-related meetings, ensuring clarity, accountability, and progress tracking.
  • Own and develop the fault Power BI dashboard in collaboration with IT.
  • Analyse fault data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and arbitrate resource allocation for fault resolution across departments.
  • Ensure robust High-Level (HL) plans are developed and enforced for all relevant faults.
  • Present reliability updates for programmes and departments as required.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with fault management systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Significant experience in F1 engineering and design.
  • Thorough understanding of Engineering first principles.
  • Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem solving. Analytical and pragmatic decision maker.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques & latest materials technology.
