Location: West London - London – hybrid (2-days a week)

Contract: 18 Month – Fixed Term Contract

The Role

Stanton House is working with a high-growth, private equity-backed B2B consultancy (c.£40m revenue) to appoint a Head of Reporting. The business delivers digital transformation and customer experience solutions to clients across regulated sectors such as healthcare, technology, and financial services, blending strategic thinking with practical delivery. Backed by an engaged PE investor and currently preparing for a planned exit in 2026, the business is scaling quickly, and this role will be central to supporting that journey.

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you\'ll take the lead on group reporting and play a key role in shaping the financial narrative for both internal and external stakeholders, including private equity investors. You’ll be joining a business where finance is seen as a strategic partner, and your work will have a direct impact on high-level decision-making.

This is a long-term contract with a strong package and excellent exposure to senior leadership at a pivotal time in the business’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that reporting is investor-ready in preparation for an exit in 2026.
• Partner with external advisors to support with transaction requirements.
• Assist with vendor due diligence.
• Work the finance teams across the business to help improve reporting and processes.
• Take the lead of monthly group reporting and consolidation.
• Improve reporting systems and processes.
• Provide board and management packs with insightful analysis.

Candidate Profile

• Experience supporting with an exit or leading transactions
• Experience in Professional Services/consultancy/PE-backed business
• Skilled in financial controls, reporting and consolidations.
• Record of improving reporting processes, data quality & systems.
