Head of Residential Conveyancing

We are seeking a proactive leader with strong technical expertise to head up our Residential Conveyancing team. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding client service, and lead a talented team as part of our growth plans.

Your role:

• Lead and develop the conveyancing team
• Oversee complex residential property transactions
• Ensure compliance and best practice
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive innovation and process improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• Significant residential conveyancing experience
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking
• Strong technical knowledge (SDLT, Land Registry, lender requirements)
