Reapit: Who are we?
Reapit is the original end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We have been helping sales and lettings agents build relationships and grow their businesses for over 25 years. Our technology empowers property professionals across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand to work with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to deliver a dream home experience.
Worldwide, over 78,000 agents across more than 15,000 branches use Reapit to run their businesses, manage properties, collect rent, engage clients, and provide outstanding customer service every time.
What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, as Reapit's Head of Reward, you'll have the opportunity to build a global Reward function from the ground up in a growing, PE-backed software company with a strong international footprint.
You will lead the design, development, and execution of our total reward strategy covering job architecture, compensation, benefits, and wellbeing across the UK, ANZ, Denmark, and South Africa.
This role is more than just compensation & benefits; it's a strategic leadership opportunity to shape how Reward is understood, implemented, and experienced at Reapit.
Job Architecture & Design:
- Maintain, develop, and implement a global Job Architecture based on the Willis Tower Watson framework, including job families, levels, titling conventions, and career paths.
- Drive global consistency in role design and leveling while maintaining flexibility for regional needs.
- Lead job evaluation methodologies and partner with stakeholders to embed structure across all functions.
Compensation:
- Design and lead a global compensation philosophy, including base, bonus, equity, and recognition programs.
- Govern annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and pay-for-performance alignment.
- Lead executive and equity compensation design.
- Deliver a market-competitive executive compensation program.
Global Benefits & Wellbeing:
- Oversee global benefits strategy, ensuring regional compliance and competitiveness.
- Continuously assess and evolve offerings to support employee wellbeing and engagement at scale.
Leadership & Influence:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the Board on reward trends, policies, and decisions.
- Support People Managers on reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate talent in a fast-growing environment.
- Be hands-on in analyzing data, drafting policies, and establishing operational foundations for a mature reward model.
Who we're looking for:
- A seasoned reward leader with 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including significant WTW framework expertise.
- Proven experience managing Reward across multiple global regions, especially in the UK and ANZ.
- Comfortable in fast-scaling environments where mature frameworks are still developing; proactive and pragmatic.
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and able to influence leadership decisions.
- Strong communicator and trusted partner to senior teams and finance.
- Familiar with global compliance, statutory requirements, and best practices across reward domains.
- Experience in global, PE-backed tech companies is a plus.
What success looks like:
Within 1 month: Fully embedded into Reapit's culture, reviewed existing pay practices, and mapped stakeholder relationships.
Within 3 months: Building a global job architecture, initial reward strategy, and conducting a compensation benchmark analysis.
Within 6 months: Launch of a scalable reward framework, established performance-to-reward link, and recognized as a strategic partner.
Benefits:
- Flexible working policy; ideally 1-2 days/week in London or Solihull.
- Competitive salary and benefits including pension, generous leave, holiday closure, training, health benefits, and savings schemes.
We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and experiences.
